At A.N.T. Construction, we believe access to quality workmanship, shouldn’t be limited by the size of a project.

Few construction companies started by jumping directly into the custom home building market and A.N.T. Construction is no exception. Although it was always a goal of founder and current president Wayne Ezekiel to work with clients interested in new custom homes, he cut his teeth in the industry on much smaller projects. Knowing highly skilled craftspeople can often be hard to access for smaller projects, Wayne is interested in helping homeowners receive the same quality service and handiwork for all their construction needs – regardless of size.

But smaller doesn’t necessarily mean easier, he’s quick to say. Retrofitting an existing property means dealing with someone else’s skill level, the ravages of time, and, in some cases, the non-malicious but highly destructive attention from members of the animal kingdom. What’s hiding behind that faded wallpaper isn’t always pretty.

Regardless of whether a planned project is residential or commercial, the key is communication. Additions and renovations are a specialized area of construction that requires specialized knowledge. The stone foundations of a century home, for example, may be a key consideration in a residential renovation, while a proposed commercial addition may impact zoning.

Wallis Renovation
My husband and I were expecting our third child when we decided it was time for a renovation to accommodate our growing family. 
We sourced out and hired A.N.T. Construction for 3 reasons: 
First, they came highly recommended by several reputable sources. 
Second, we were very impressed by Wayne's initial assessment of the proposed renovation.  He took the time to investigate all aspects of the construction.  ie. structural assessment, heat loss calculations, personal recommendations, etc.   
Thirdly, Wayne conducted himself in a professional manner and was accessible, extremely prompt in returning phone calls and answering any questions we had. 
The A.N.T. construction team worked hard to provide superior workmanship and to ensure all of our requests and needs were not only met, but exceeded.  Additionally, as the renovation included reallocating an existing part of our home, dust and mess was kept to a minimum. 
We are so pleased with the end result and are enjoying the new found space of our home.

Scrunton Renovation
I have been working with various representatives of A.N.T. Construction for a number of months and have known of their quality work for a number of years.  When my wife and I purchased a fixer-upper we knew there was only one company to call and we have not been disappointed.  A.N.T. Construction’s representatives are on time and on budget which is extremely rare in the construction industry.  All members of the organization have been extremely professional and the quality of work is unparallel.  Our home is getting more and more beautiful and it's 100% thanks to the work of A.N.T. Construction.  Our project is no small task with a new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, new home gym, new 2 car garage, swimming pool house, etc... And everything has worked out great.
